Someone shows up, or you get money back.
We track your provider on the way. If they stall and we have to find someone new, you automatically get credit towards your next booking — we send you the code, you don’t have to ask for it.

The job gets done, or you don’t pay for it.
Nothing is charged until the job is marked complete. If the work wasn’t done, report it from the job page and support reviews it — a full or partial refund where it’s warranted.

Verified providers only.
Every provider passes identity verification before taking a single job. Those who show “liability insured” have given us a valid insurance certificate that we have checked.
Credit amounts and time limits are set out in the terms of service.
