What verification is needed?
Every professional passes identity verification before taking a first job. The insured badge appears only after Swoop has checked a valid, unexpired insurance certificate.
How do customers pay?
The customer’s card is authorized at booking and charged when the job is marked complete. Commercial terms are agreed before your business starts.
