Payment
Payment waits until completion
Your card is authorized at booking, but nothing is charged until the job is marked complete.
The app shows every booking detail before you confirm, including any cancellation conditions that apply. Problems can be reported from the booking after completion, and support reviews every report.

Privacy and language, by design
Customer and professional each read chat messages in their own language, with the original always one tap away.
Professionals are identity-verified before taking a job. Insurance badges only appear after a valid certificate has been checked.
